I cannot provide direct downloads to the software I specifically use as most of it is cracked, abandonedware and pirated. But I would like to offer alternatives to programs that I use or have used that work just as good if not better.
I use Adobe Flash CS4 for programming games and animation. For illustrations, I use Paint Tool Sai 2.0. And for audio editing/music making, I use the trial version of FL Studio and Audacity.
I am working on learning GoDot in their language as well as the engine itself, so that is an additional program in my toolbar. Below are some alternatives and download links to the profiles I provided.
FireAlpaca - is a wonderful illustration tool. I used it before and it can do everything SAI does. It even has its own built-in animation tool.
Krita - is a free and open-source software used for animation. I and many of my friends in the past used (and some still use) it to animate.
Audacity - is and always will be a free and good audio editing tool. While it may not be too good regarding recording quality (say, if you sing) it's good to add sound effects and stitch soundtracks together and export them flawlessly.
FL Studio - The trial version is free, but there's an option to buy the whole program for a few hundred dollars. However, with how freewilled the trial version is, buying the program is not necessary.
GoDot - is a free and open-source game making tool that doesn't have as many limitations as Flash/Actionscript does. It's easily understandable and accessible to people who want to learn how to code/make games. They have assets and templates available too for those who are learning.
There are plenty of free programs to use if you are wanting to create something. I encourage you to embrace your creative spark and pursue what makes you happy! Much Love!
